I pump or nurse 4 times a day. LO can't have dairy so I feel like I have to keep going with it for a while longer. My supply has dipped this past week with stress and being sick, so maybe my body will give up before I do, IDK. I have about 200ml of bm stash, so with what I am pumping now and that we should be ok for a while. I had enough frozen milk to get LO through to 1 year on bm alone, 1 bm bottle and 1 wm bottle for another month after that, and then just wm bottles (but still nursing morning and evening). I only stopped because I'm not working anymore. I got super lazy after he turned one tho and would often not pump at all.
