I mean, it's a bummer, because when True Blood started, it was sooooooo good. But I quit after last season, and it sounds like it was the right decision for me. They have to just make up stories for those people when Sookie's off doing her own thing, otherwise the actors would be bored and probably wouldn't want to be on the show. I feel like there is a lot of action overall in the books so it's not like they have to add so much to make it good tv. That made it really hard for me to get into True Blood. The show has so much EXTRA stuff going on that didn't happen in the books that really bugged me, so I quit after last season. It was always a little campy and funny but now I feel like it is taking itself way more seriously and the 'funny' parts are just goofy and out of place. I don't get why they strayed so much from the books this season. There will be like 13 books, it's not like they were going to run out of material. I'm still going to watch but I'm worried they aren't going to be able to get back on track.
