I got pregnant and had a mc. Then I took vit b complex and for three months it increased by a day, then got pregnant with DD. LP defects are real things, and getting on progesterone can often help. I did some research on how to increase it. Vitamin B complex (take more), progesterone, and clomid all can help. My period has been short since I had my daughter, but I'm ovulating earlier, and still averaging a 14 day luteal phase.
