&#60;p&#62;I just started two weeks ago...I think I'm still getting the hang of it, but I love it.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It's really nice being able to eat a whole cucumber and just worry about counting the hummus...ditto for not having to count bananas! It used to make me sad when I counted calories that one banana was more calories that some junk food LOL :wink:

The Smart Points method definitely makes me choose healthier options that I did when it was Points Plus or regular Points in the past. So far I've lost 10lbs since Christmas and I'm thrilled about that! &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My staples are:&#60;br /&#62;
- dark chocolate Hershey kisses - 1 pt each, so I have 2 at night as my &#34;dessert&#34;.&#60;br /&#62;
- Fiber One white bread - 2 slices for 3 pts&#60;br /&#62;
- PB2 - I forget how many points but you can have way more than normal peanut butter!&#60;br /&#62;
- Tuna - a whole can is only 1 point, I've actually been eating WAY too much tuna because of this, I need to find an alternative, it's my favorite lunch!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I am doing it.  I've been doing it since June and have lost 15 pounds...I am up a little because of the holidays, but I am allowing it before I buckle down again in January.&#60;br /&#62;
My favorite breakfast uses silken tofu.  It's super low in points, like 1 point for a 3 ounce serving and fruit is mostly 0, so I make a breakfast smoothie, with 2 servings tofu, a banana, frozen cherries, pineapple, a spoonful of ground flax and a spoonful of chia seeds (you have to count points for those, but it's minimal).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My other staple is oatmeal. 4 points per serving. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I also really like a sandwich made with those flat round bread things (sandwich thins, maybe they're called), a few slices of deli chicken breast (1 point) and a bit of mustard.  My main issue is cheese, so rather than a slice of american for 4 points, I'll do a stick of low fat mozzarella on the side.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I also discovered the yogurt dips, you can find those in the fridge cases in the produce section.  I eat 2 teaspoons with a sliced cucumber, grape tomatoes and bell peppers.&#60;/p&#62;
