I can't sleep either! Probably for different reasons though since I don't have a LO yet!

I've been falling asleep early (it's just 5p here, and my eyes are slamming) but then waking up WIDE awake at like..6 am. It's awful. Aside from caffeine I don't know what to do to keep myself up a little later..hoping to sleep later in the mornings!

i went through a phase like that when my doula left... i was just too anxious when i go to bed thinking about the next time LO will be up! when i know it's hubby's turn to get up next, i'll fall asleep easier... it's the stress!

We rarely do night time feedings. I usually wake up to pee at 3 am and can't get back to sleep. I used to take tylenol sleep, I think I'll try that again.

I am right there with you. Note some of my replies are in the middle of the night. I think I need to be sleep trained.

It's 1am and I can't sleep. Or, rather, I can't fall back asleep. In the past, when I woke up for LO's night feeding(s), I would be up for the 20-30 minutes and was able to crawl right back to bed and be asleep even before my head hit the pillow. But now, after a feeding, I'm wide awake and can't get back to sleep. This has been going on for about 3 weeks and it's driving me crazy. I was sleep deprived because I wasn't getting enough sleep but now I'm sleep deprived because I CAN'T sleep.

Anyone else?
