That will go into a Charlotte tomorrow.</p> <p>Also ready to go is a bunch of small egg rolls that I rolled up last weekend and froze. The main's going to be duck breasts roasted on the bone...and they've been aging for the past 2 weeks. Instead of adding cool whip to the pudding mix layer, I mix 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and 3 Tbsp of sugar to make my own then add that (but I still use cool whip for one of the other layers). Also, I add caramel sauce and Heath bar bits on top of the brownie layer. (I just make the brownies from a box.)
