For instance. I've never seen anything in Carters go for full price. So "half off" their PJs isn't really a good deal, since that's what I normally see them go for. But if you pay attention and track sales, you can find stuff cheaper when they have a coupon on top of a sale or something. It's more work than being able to trust the store that their "sale" is saving you money. But it saves me money and that's important to me. But if shipping at Nordstroms only a few times a year saves you money, that works too!</p> <p>We don't have many stores near us, so I do most of the kids' shopping online. I can't speak for anyone else, but when I'm shopping at Nordy's it is generally on sale. On the very rare occasions I buy something at full price I know it is something that never goes on sale. It isn't always an apples to apples comparison though. I don't "need" anything specific, so I can be flexible with color and whatnot depending on what I like. </p> <p>I also HATE to pay for shipping. </p>
