I've seen some at Tractor Supply and I want to say Sam's, maybe Costco, that look ideal for three birds. My husband built a few small runs for when we had meat birds that were simple pvc frames with chicken wire that used an old igloo dog house for shelter. Chickens are really easy, in my opinion. The main concern is frostbite on their combs and feet. Our coop isn't heated though and they stay warm. A lot of people also pick up small heating units that are meant for chicken coops. We are burying some wire down a bit around the foundation of the coop, and are using hardware cloth fencing rather than hex wire for their run. I think we're going to build their enclosed run to be pretty large, and just let them free range during the day when someone is outside. I also found a predator light for nighttime that our local chicken folks swear by. Predators are what I'm the most nervous about!
