<description>&#60;p&#62;Personally, I'd recommend a physical therapist over a chiropractor, but that's my personal preference.  YOu probably have some kind alignment issue, but also probably some weaknesses and imbalances that are leading to your pain.  A good PT can evaluate your gait and running and help you out.  You may need to get a prescription from your doctor though, depending on what state you're in.

<description>&#60;p&#62;My LO is now 8 weeks old and after 2.5 hours of pushing and an emergency c-section, I think my body is a little out of alignment.  I ran marathons before getting pregnant and now that I'm running again I'm having a ton of pelvic, lower back, and knee pain.  Someone told me that my pelvic bone is probably out of alignment.  Has anyone ever had this happen?  How do you correct it?  Is a chiropractor the only way?
