<description>&#60;p&#62;This hits home for me, as I just had 2 major issues with them. I ordered a “big sister” and matching “baby sister” pajamas. ( it was a new baby gift) I paid for: a gift box and gift message, and quick shipping. I received a confirmation email of my order. The following day I received another email telling me that the smaller pajamas were no longer available, but not to worry because the OTHER pajamas had shipped to the recipient! Are you serious!? Why would they SHIP HALF OF A GIFT ORDER!?&#60;br /&#62;
It took me  more than 40 minutes on hold to reach “customer service” where I spoke with a person who didn’t get it at all. She kept telling me if I didn’t want the bigger pajamas to just return them. I could not get it through her head that I WASNT RECEIVING THIS, THAT IT WAS A GIFT, GOING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS!&#60;br /&#62;
It CLEARLY was a gift. They ask you to check off “ is this a gift”? online.&#60;br /&#62;
Before Christmas I spent over $300 on an order that came missing items even though they charged me for everything and the invoice included in the order said everything was delivered! I spent a month emailing them and being on hold for hours and I’m still waiting for a refund. They do NOT value their customer over profit. It will be their downfall.&#60;br /&#62;
I have shopped with them for many many years, but now.....&#60;br /&#62;
I am FINISHED with Hanna Andersson!

<description>&#60;p&#62;@twodoghouse:  Thanks for this.  One of the reps I talked to said the items were definitely not backordered, and might just show up at my door.  Apparently their system (which shows more than the online one) says that my package is on a pallet waiting to be picked up by the shipper...so I hope that my case ends up like yours and my package just appears&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I just wish they'd publicly admit they're experiencing shipping delays (like in the checkout process).  I was expecting my daughters to wear the dresses I ordered 2+ weeks ago to a birthday party this weekend. Had I known there was an ongoing issue, I'd still have bought the dresses, but could have planned other outfits for this weekend! It feels deceitful for them to still be claiming items will be delivered in 7-10 business days when the phone associates admit they know full well things aren't even shipping in that amount of time!

<description>&#60;p&#62;@PinkElephant:  What I've read is that they switched their entire ordering/shipping system. Since then, there's been huge issues. So I think it's just been the last month or so that there have been issues. I am still waiting on some things that were back ordered, and can't even check their status because my confirmation came without an order confirmation #. The customer service person I spoke to said he couldn't tell me when they would arrive. The things in my last order that weren't backordered just showed up one day and a few days later I received a shipping notification for it.

They've said that two weeks + processing time (not shipping, processing) is the norm at this point.  So I guess it's buyer beware for the time being! :)

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm on a Hanna facebook group and this seems to be a super common issue.  Apparently they updated their system recently and have been having tons of issues.  I've seen so many posts recently about orders delayed, waiting a super long time on the phone, and also people have been getting charged the wrong prices for their orders.  I've been avoiding Hanna recently due to all the complaints!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I placed a Hanna Andersson order 2 weeks ago, and it still hasn't shipped! I called earlier in the week and they said it was in the &#34;last stage&#34; (on a pallet with other packages, ready to go) of the shipping process, but that was days ago and still no indication it has shipped.  I have a hard time believing that a large company like this doesn't have a pickup from their delivery agent every day, which leads me to wonder if the package is lost, or if they're having a system-wide problem.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Is anyone else having shipping trouble with them right now? Trying to gauge whether there was some kind of system problem, or if it's just bad luck.  FWIW, I've now been on hold waiting for a customer service rep for over 45 mins, which seems to indicate something is up!!!
