Whenever these things get out of control, innocent people get hurt (often as a result of the retaliation mentioned previously) and it breaks my heart. DH and I were discussing this this weekend and he was talking that they dont have the technology to physically launch a nuke as far as North America or even Europe.</p> <p>I sort of think this is a "it bark is worse than its bite" kind of situation. Plus they weren't being treated with as much deference as in the past. I don't like war games. Do I think they have the capability to attack the US in a large-scale or nuclear fashion? No. But that's not to say they won't attack South Korea. I haven't followed that closely and the media sure has a good way of hyping things up so I don't have a very clear picture of what is happening. </p>
