I know they were just outside for a few minutes, but I can't imagine trying to walk in heels after giving birth!! And that dress doesn't look BF-friendly. Obviously she wasn't going to start feeding the baby in front of everyone, but it must be hard to get all dressed for a few minutes and then change all into something else. </p> <p>She does look so amazing though. Birth really just took it out of me, I wouldn't have looked like that no matter how much professional help! I know people mock hospitals that offer things like pedicures after birth, but I felt so barely human afterwards, that a little pampering goes a long way!
