I've found in the last few weeks when I'm nursing DS if someone talks it distracts him. I have to shut us away for feedings.

I don't have any advice for the sleep. I hope it goes back to normal soon.

DD (6.5 months oldish) can't get to sleep at night unless there's no one else around but her and me and there's no source of light. As in I have to kick DH out of the living room, turn off the lights everywhere, make sure our bedroom door is shut so the light isn't seen down the hallway and everything has to be quiet.

She sleeps in a room by herself. There's a swing in there and I use the nature setting as white noise. Ceiling fan is always on. No nightlights or anything.

This need for silence and dark and no movement is a new thing. During the day she can fall asleep with the tv on, big brother screaming, DH talkig, etc while taking a bottle - but is unable to do any of this at night for bed time. And it has to be me. Can't be DH. If I try and put her down she screams and cries. If a light is on, she's distracted and fights sleep. Same with movement or noise.

I'll check her. She'll be dry and just fed, won't burp, takes the pacifier easily, everything is the way t was three weeks ago but the situation seems to be going down hill. Notmally it would take me 30 minutes to get her ddown and DH and I could stay up and watch something together. Now it takes me a couple of hours. It's just draining!

Any one else run into this? Is it some sort of belated 4 month sleep regression (which we never had) or a notmal thing at this age? I don't remember this with DS but he had waaaaay more night wakings then she has ever had. Normally once I get her down she doesn't make a peep until sometime between 3 and 6:30 am.
