It teaches you what to do if they are choking and LO choked last week :'(. I would have normally started freaking out and it never woul have occurred to me to do what I did. I stuck my entire hand down his throat and grabbed out the food, just like they taught us. Food came out and LO started to cry (which is a good sign because it obviously indicates breathing).<br /> It wasnt even a big deal: it just came to me because I remembered it. So, I say go! And take your mother!
