It's a pain even once a day. I don't mind it most of the time but around the holidays I really do. I want to spend as much time as I can with everyone and pumping has me away. It is totally worth it though. But it is worth it so far to me as a fulltime WOHM. My 6-mo-old has never had a drop of formula. Here are some things that make it easier: Simple Wishes hands-free pumping bra. Holds the flanges and bottles on so you don't have to awkwardly hold them. @kml636</p> <p>And when I'm at work, I put the pump parts in a fridge between sessions so I'm not washing them a million times a day.</p> <p>And if you don't know about it yet, a wonderful resource: Isis Parenting and their amazing live and recorded webinars.
