It was a rough transition, but I'm pretty sure it was better for my back and neck than my bed is! (I use it as a nursing pillow.) I read that review and have not had that issue. Who knows what they were doing to it! :silly: Mine is the best thing ever for nursing or even just holding the baby and she loves it too and it seems like a really good company. Some of our hotels on our trip provided buckwheat pillows and I loved them because I could get them really fluffy and high.
