I plan on still using the app once we get pregnant and switching to the maintain range.

I actually hardly ever go over. I try to eat a mostly &#34;whole foods&#34; diet, so even if I eat a lot of veggies, it's very low-cal. That's my secret ;) haha. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm really not sure what I should be aiming for while breastfeeding though... do you?

The first workout is a brisk 5 min warm up walk, then alternating running/walking every 90 seconds for 20 minutes, then 5 minutes cool-down walk. But I only made it 15 minutes my first work out :( blah. But it was a full mile.&#60;br /&#62;
and yes, I run outside :)

haha! well 2 lbs a week is a lot. I would say you probably shouldn't ever eat less than 1500 calories as a rule of thumb. I'm surprised it even suggests it that low. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;@enjollah:  this makes it so easy. I could never keep up with food journals, but this makes it fun! and you're right, it makes you want to log in healthy food :)&#60;br /&#62;
and yeah... I'm being a little lenient with myself on the calories because of breastfeeding. I know I need to eat more than what it tells me. So for now I eat when I feel hungry, but make sure it's something healthy, like veggie, fruit, crackers + cheese, etc. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;@cupcakemama:  I'm not sure.. I have it on my iPod and don't have an android so I wouldn't know.
