@MsLipGloss: Yay!
R went to bed at 645 last night, she took a nap 330-430 and was so happy. Totally acting like her normal self. She was asleep at 645. But still woke up at 530. She was laying in the crib, not moving, just talking to herself. Which she use to do and then would fall back asleep for like 30 mins. Then she grew out of it, and was sleeping straight till 6. I think she fell asleep for a bit but then coughing woke her up. But I think it was a step in the right direction. We will see how tonight goes, all depends on naps. Which are never as good at day care as they are at home.

@Smurfette: Hoookay . . . this morning, she didn't wake up until 5:35. So, it looks like we are slowly getting back to where we were pre-DLS. I also thought we were doomed last night for an early wakeup this morning because I didn't get her in her crib until around 6:20. I woke up before she did!

@Smurfette: 4:45 was an improvement, too! :P Honestly, it was pure survival mode (and it still is some days), meaning that I was happy if I brushed my hair and teeth once during the day, and I frequently slept in my makeup (which is horrible--!!!--especially for my cranky skin) and wore one- and two-day old mascara. I am still trying to un-do all the *damage* from those months . . . my skin is still cranky and I need to workout in the worst way, mostly for my mental health!

Yep, T still has not adjusted. Previously was going to bed at 7:45/8 and sleeping until 6:45 or 7. Now he's up at 6 regardless of when he goes down. Good times!

We are still all mixed up from DST! Little guy wants to go down at 5:30, still have his MOTN wake ups, and up for the day at 4:40. I don't know how to re-set his clock.

@Smurfette: Ah well, it was just a fluke, but it gave me hope! LO has gotten up at 4:30 and 4:45 the last two days, but I think I need to put her to bed right around 6. I can't really blame her for the 4:30 wakeup (that was the night she got sick right at bedtime), and this morning she alllllmost made it to 5 (but I didn't put her down until 6:30 last night). *sigh* I guess I need to stick to the 5:50-6 p.m. bedtime for a few days and see how that pans out. One step forward . . . !

@JoJoGirl: it has been my experience that earlier is better. I will even put LO down at the same time if she has a late nap. She has never been one to sleep in later when put to bed later. A later bedtime for us means the same--or even less--nighttime sleep.

I'm always so confused about bedtime! Early vs late. Last night LO napped from 5:15pm-6 (her last nap at daycare was 1-2pm) then went to bed at 8. She woke up at 5:30am to eat and I was sure she would go back to sleep til 7:30 like she does some mornings, but no :-/

@MsLipGloss: I hope it isn't a fluke! I feel bad putting her to bed right at 6, she sleeps on the way home and we get home at 530.

I guess we will see how she is tonight. She is always better at night when Daddy is home.

So I did bath early last night and then when I first saw her rub her eyes (which her sleep sign) I gave her a bottle. She was in her crib at 630 but I had to go back in there and rock her, cause she was crying so much. I got her back in the crib, and then it was 7 before she fell asleep. So that is her normal time.
She slept till 530, so some progress......

C still hasn't adjusted...she used to sleep from 11pm-7am but since the time change her sleep has been all over the place. By 930 every night she is so exhausted and overtired. Last night she did 930-230, I fed her, then 3-830. I was spoiled with her sleep, I'm not used to these middle of the night wakeups!
