The first day he woke up at 5am (so 6am for him) which is sleeping in. Then we had a few days of early wake ups. Today was a normal 5:15, which is much better. But getting him to bed this week has been all over the place. She said they are all getting antsy as it gets dark and parents haven't picked them up. They added an outside playtime at 4:45 to try to distract from the pick up fussiness. His nap is screwed up though. We constantly struggle with sleep in our house and right before the time change, we'd finally gotten her "sleeping in" till about 5 am, which is now 4 am.</p> <p>This morning she was up from 4-6 am, then went back to sleep and slept till 7:30. Sigh.
