Luckily I didn't need a cast or anything, the dr just taped it up really good. I hobbled around Mexico for quite a bit but was still able to go swimming. It healed pretty quickly, by the end of the week I could go on short beach walks.</p> <p>Then when C was just 4 weeks old I broke my elbow. Unfortunately, there's not much they can do for a broken toe! It seems like forever ago but I broke my elbow when I was pregnant. Actually didn't know I was pregnant until after I fell it was that early on. It was actually a blessing b/c it gave me a chance to slow down and have an excuse to stay in bed when I had morning sickness. The tough part was dealing with a toddler at the same time. One of my toes is now a nice bluish-purple color. I'm not sure if it's just badly bruised or broken. I'm waiting on a call from the podiatrist. Have you ever broken anything while pregnant? </p>
