Super quick turnaround and they have a guarantee fit as long as you measure the window opening (instead of trying to guess the shade dimensions). One of the blinds were damaged during shipment and they got a replacement out to me right away! For the most part they turned out nicely, but DH didn't like that the edges of the solar shades didn't lie flat and curled in slightly. With the blinds, their measuring instructions were way off and then they subtracted from our measurements, which led to blinds that were too small for the window. It was too much of a hassle to deal with sending back oversized blinds so we just live with it because otherwise they look good.
