I read some of his info before LO was born. I wouldn't invest the money. I started off trying paleo-ish BLW. LO reacted to the first two foods I gave her (avocado & eggs). [I'm not sure if that is the type of food he advocates for, just my example]. Her doctor shut me down big time and implored me to stick to Gerber. LO's have plans of their own. I would have been pretty frustrated if I paid $200 for something that didn't jive with my LO.

I listen to his podcast and he seems pretty knowledgeable but very extreme (although not as extreme as people who promote "true" paleo). I take what he says with a grain of salt...if it was cheaper I would look into it, but I don't think I would invest that kind of money. He has TONS of free info on his website...you could try there first.

Sounds kind of....crock-y, honestly.

Also later down the website, it says that some Crossfit gyms refer to him for nutrition advice. I would bet money he's promoting a paleo, anti-inflammatory style diet. Low carbs, no sugar, grass fed meat, and loads of healthy veggies and good fats. This is nothing new. I've had REs suggest this to me, too.

Oh it also says Robb Wolfe endorses this. Yeah this is most definitely a paleo style of eating.

Yep, $200 for stuff you can mostly find online :)

A friend of mine shared the link to this program: healthybabycode.com

It sounds very interesting, but is a nearly $200 video program (w/ supplemental materials available). I'd love to hear if anyone else has used this series or is familiar with him? I usually am ALL for gobbling up all the info I can get my hands on, but am also, admittedly, a miser. I get that all that research is worth plenty of $$... But I would feel better hearing from others who would be able to give me more justification that there is good info there to be learned.
