I really don't think that should be a huge concern. I didn't mind him wearing tight boxers day to day but when he was playing sports I tried to encourage loose boxers as to not heat up the "boys". After one time he came home and refused to do it again, he td me it was like asking me to go running without a bra. Then, yesterday, I went to the dollar store, bought more and felt so guilty that I gave them to my friend. No matter how long you have been TTC it can make you crazy because it is hard to relax when it is such a big deal. He runs long distances and after talking to a few doctors felt that he wasn't doing us any favors by keeping the heat trapped in there during 15+ mile runs.
