LO is almost 5 months, and I have been EBF and my period hasn't returned. I know EBF isn't 100% effective, as you can ovulate and not know it and get pregnant before your period returns. </p> <p>My main concern is - how would I know I was pregnant? Should I just take a test every so often just to make sure? I didn't really have any symptoms until late in the first trimester last time, but clearly I knew I was pregnant when my period never came. I would want to know sooner than that, so I can stop drinking alcohol, coffee, eating sushi, etc.. </p>
