No, but I wish I had. If I don't have a pillow between my knees I get shooting pains that wrap around my hips and down to my knees when I'm sleeping on my side. I imagine something got knocked around during pregnancy and/or L&D...was certainly nothing I had a problem with before!

I've always gone fairly regularly, but just now (9 months pp) started back. I've been so nervous since my bones were all loosey goosey for months afterwards, but my hips are still killing me and carrying my son around is not easy on the back. It's always helped in the past, and I do feel better now.

I SHOULD HAVE! I slipped on the stairs and fell on my tush when P was about 4 weeks old. I just never made it in and I totally regret getting realigned while I still had all that elastin in my system. =/ I know getting adjusted now would help, but it probably wouldn't stick.... I really need to make myself an appt!

I feel like my back is all jacked up.
Has anyone gone to see a chiro? Did it help?
