I think it's a coping/comfort mechanism that's tied to his attachment to his lovey too. </p> <p>His lips /chin doesn't get overly chapped or anything but I always wonder how it will affect his teeth, etc. and plan on asking our dentist at his first check up in the coming months.</p> <p>Does your lo bit their lip? If so, do you do anything about it? </p>
