Nope. Still the same big belly here. I'm at 28 1/2 weeks. Is it wierd that I kind of wish I could wake up and have it be slightly smaller? haha

Yep, depending on her position and whether she's anterior or posterior. I'm 39 weeks and she's finally starting to drop--my belly definitely feels softer and looks a lot lower since it happened.

@deerylou: Me too! I felt hiccups crazy low, so yeah, it's probably our LO's changing around! Crazy!

Oh! I haven't even thought that she might have moved. She has been breech up until now, she perhaps she's getting in position. I did feel very low hiccups last night....

Yes! I'm 30 weeks and feel like my belly has shrunk in the last few days. I still feel tons of movement, hiccups and karate kicks, but it is super bizarre.

Yep! My belly was high, huge, and rock hard when baby was breech. Now that he's turned vertex its much lower, softer, and smaller. I can't believe the difference it made!

So today (I'm 29w) I looked in the mirror at work in the bathroom and noticed that my stomach is significantly smaller than it was yesterday! And it's a lot softer as well, it had been rock hard on the upper part, and now I can poke it and feel squishy.

I'm not terribly worried, because I still feel movements and have had zero spotting or other issues, but I'm just curious as to what the heck she's doing in there! Maybe this is her 'dropping'? Or maybe she turned around?

Anybody else have experience with waking up with a smaller, softer belly?
