German made so it’s well-made; high efficiency and eco-friendly. We've never had any issue with getting lots of very hot water as soon as we need it. The only downside is that they are not very common where we live, so only a handful of people know how to repair them. They take up less space and they aren't constantly heating water. However it is a lot more costly and it has to be next to a exterior wall because it has to duct to the exterior.
