<description>&#60;p&#62;they're great!  once i forgot to add a promo code, i called later that day and they refunded me the promo amount.  another time i thought my neighbor was getting our packages while we were away, but they weren't, so the item ended up being sent back to NBD, i contacted them when we got home and they sent it out again for me &#38;amp; i hadn't paid anything for shipping.  they're really accommodating!

<description>&#60;p&#62;My only encounter with them: I ordered something, and 30 minutes later I found out they just started a new discount code.  I called them and they credited my purchase with the discount code. I would be shocked if they gave you a problem, particularly when it was their fault.

&#60;p&#62;I had ordered a crib thinking it was brown/white. I opened it MONTHS after receiving it (stupid on my part but I didn't want to open it too early when I was pregnant!) to see it was all white and damaged. I contacted them and while they said I should have opened it in the return window, they'd make an exception and let me return it--they sent a label for the return shipment and I would just have had to set up a pickup it drop it off. I ended up keeping the crib in the end, but I learned my lesson!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I ordered a carrier on no better deal last week and much to my surprise today I got my package and inside was a 48 piece tool set (???).  On the receipt it had the correct item I ordered so no idea what happened, but I'm so disappointed! I'm obviously going to call tomorrow &#38;amp; ask for my money back but was wondering if anyone has dealt with their customer service before?  And no idea what to do with the tool set, hopefully they'll pay for shipping to send it back because it's super heavy!
