<description>&#60;p&#62;I do and I love them!!!  A friend told me about them when I was pregnant with DD and I bought a starter set. Sice then I've bought a second cotton top and 2 organic fleece tops. These make changing the sheets a breeze. I unzip off the old sheet and zip on the new in under a minute, once even when I was holding DD in one arm since I was about to put her down and realized she had spit up a bit. I take the entire thing off to wash every few months since it doesn't get dirty.
