<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm on week 8 of Kayla and love it. It's he only program I've been able to keep up with (haven't missed a workout, knock on wood) because it's short. I have a friend doing it with me which really helps. But my daughter is 17 months and it's really the first program I've done. The timing has to be right for you to commit, and the program. Don't commit to 12 weeks, tell yourself you'll do one week to try it, and don't let yourself skimp on that week. If you hate it after a week, tell yourself you don't have to do it again. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Now eating, I really need tips. I have a huge sweet tooth and the moment I say I'm going to eat less sugar, I eat ALL the dessert. I really need help here.

<description>&#60;p&#62;With regards to motivating myself, dieting is harder for me than working out - my husband loves sweets and if they are around the house, I have a hard time not eating them.  He can eat anything and stay the size of a tooth pick - if I started to eat like he does , I would gain 20 plus pounds.&#60;br /&#62;
I am motivated to exercise but it is still hard to find the time to do it sometimes.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Having trouble with both. Although I went to a yoga retreat 2 weekends ago and felt AMAZING doing yoga 4 hours a day, eating vegan food and cutting out alcohol. If only that were practical for real life!&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;The hardest part for me is getting out of bed in the morning. In order for the gym to work with my schedule i have to go at 5:45 am, so I get out of bed at 5:15.  Once I am there it is great, but getting up is a different story.

I know I need to be eating healthier and being more active, but I'm just SO unmotivated to do so. I did join a workout class and I was at least working out twice a week, but that's ended and I didn't sign up for the next session.&#60;br /&#62;
I have a 'gym' in my basement with all of the equipment I need and videos to follow, but I just can't seem to drag myself down there.&#60;br /&#62;
I keep saying I'll start, but I haven't yet.&#60;br /&#62;
I would like to be in better shape for TTC, just can't find the motivation!
