I can tell you that I recently found a small activity that keeps him entertained some evenings while I prep dinner. It's a bit messy...but if you can look past that - it was pretty fun!</p> <p>I gave him a larger bowl that I use for cooking and filled it with a very small amount of water and a bit of flour. It was a little more watery than it was pasty. I then gave him one utensil (a beater attachment) and put one drop of food coloring in. He spent a while stirring it all together. Once he got bored I added a bit more water, flour, a different drop of color and a different utensil. This managed to keep him busy for almost 45 minutes the first time we did it (and he doesn't play with anything for more than 10 minutes at a time...).
