It looks/sounds like cellulitis; my son has had it before though in a different area. Mark the edges with a pen or black marker to see if the redness is spreading. Low grade fever of 100.5 and acting pretty lethargic. He’s also been complaining his nose feels blocked but he doesn’t seems to have any snot or congestion.
