If you're looking for something bigger than a washcloth, you can also use cloth diapers. Super easy and works great. I bought some cloth wipes but I would try blankets or flannel fabric that I have around my house before buying them. The ones I have are thicker... like thicker than wash cloths. Lorelei has eczema, and I find that water works just as well, and doesn't run the risk of drying skin or irritating as much as soaps do.
