Even in college I'd be in bed by 10. It's good for your body (and my migraines) to wake up and go to bed at the same time every day. LO is still waking up in the middle of the night, and I still pump before going to bed and early in the morning (before LO wakes up). It's exhausting, but at least I get to enjoy naps.
