It will bark non-stop forever at everything, even if it just sees us through our patio door. We have white noise for RJ but when the emergency vehicles go by with their sirens blaring it wakes him up almost every time :( It was especially awful when he was younger and they ended his naps.</p> <p>We lived in an apartment before and I couldn't imagine living there with a baby... you can't predict what your neighbors will be like, but ours were super loud (we had to have negotiations with them regarding what times of day they'd play their music) and our hallway ALWAYS smelled of weed 24/7. Also it overlooked some lower income housing so the noise of the kids playing was ridiculous as well. AND we couldn't control the a/c / heat -- it was an HVAC system for the whole building which they'd switch on June 15th and September 15th.
