His sleep has always been awful, it is a struggle to get him to sleep and he often wakes crying a couple of times a night and gets up before 6 most morning. He sleeps in a Halo and has not yet climbed out of the crib and I am considering keeping him in the crib and just buying a new crib for #2 because the thought of him running around and leaving his room every time he wakes up just kills me, especially as I have not had decent sleep in the past 2 years.</p> <p>If he can stay in the crib for just a few months after the birth, it would be worth it. I would just buy a second convertible crib so I can use each as a toddler bed. </p> <p>However, no one else seems to be doing that. Any thoughts?
