I had a big purse with basic diaper and snack supplies, but that was it. I always carried backups of those in my car and bike trailer, so we were never far. Recently I bought my toddler a little backpack, and now she carries around her own provisions. I take it with me for our Farmer's Market strolls on Sunday or to the park where we just need a diaper and that's it. Since LO is 13 months old, my diaper bag has gotten a lot lighter. I'm still in love with Timi &amp; Leslie one. I took my diaper bag with my Coach wallet and keys to the doctor's office during Tuesday's visit. I had play keys stashed in one of the pockets. I love my diapers bags and they are all very purse-like.
