It's really well researched and relies on CM charting (but way more in depth than a self taught method or website gives). You work as a couple with a teacher to learn it. Napro stands for Natural Procreative Technology. A Napro doctor treats infertility related problems without the use of IVF and similar procedures. Napro and Creighton charting go hand in hand because problems can often be diagnosed in part based on the info on the chart. My husband and I used Creighton to avoid at first. We saw some infertility warning signs and began working with a NaPro doctor to diagnose what ended up being PCOS. We're now due in December and plan to use to avoid again after.
