Did it cold turkey. One night he was swaddled and nursed/rocked/soothed to sleep, the next night he was in his sleep suit put to bed drowsy but awake. Ds1 was out of a swaddle at 2.5 months and we sleep trained at 4.5 but ds2 is still needing the swaddle. I feel like if you're still swaddling, they might be way too young to sleep train.<br /> My daughter HATED the swaddle and would burst out of even the tightest muslin so I'm no help.
