I'm taking Coq10 to supposedly help with egg quality per my RE's direction in preparation for IVF cycle 3 now. I am convinced it is what regulated me enough to get pregnant. We have been TTC for 2 years, and we have had 6 IUI's, we have tried clomid, one month of injectable meds and none were successful. We have no reason for the infertility. Hubby checks out well, I have a slightly low ovarian reserve, but I am 40, so that is expected. </p> <p>This month, while waiting for more injectables, we have been trying anything natural we can this month. We have just been doing OPK's, Vitex etc. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated as I am not getting any younger. </p>
