We chatted over the phone and met in person to make sure he understood what I do and what I wanted to convey on the resume. The resume he created looked really good and cleared up stufd that a headhunter said wasn't clear. Having jusy received negative feedback on my old resume helped me figure out what I really needed the professional resume writer to do.
