Yes, loved ours last year, we live in Chicago. It's just too bad that LO is getting too long and his feet stick out, so this won't work for us this winter.

It was plenty warm for quick walks from car to door. If she was going to be out longer I put a soft blanket in her lap before zipping, and that was warm enough for walks in the stroller. If we were going for a long stroller walk I still used the regular one that went behind her (no car). I'm in boston so plenty cold.

Used one both times for my kids and thought it was helpful. It blocks out a bit of wind. I always put a blanket on top of their laps before zipping it up.

Yup, a good friend let me borrow hers. Just make sure you buy the fleece one. It's very thick fleece! I live upstate NY, close to Canada....yeah....it's warm enough. :) You're going door to car anyway. The only annoying part was towards the end, when she was active, she kept opening the flap with her hand.

ETA: we put a blanket over their laps too, under the cover but obviously on top of the buckle!

We used the BundleMe with DS and loved it but I've since learned that's a no because it goes between the kid and the car seat. Been looking at the JJ Cole car seat cover but wondering if that's really warm enough. We live in the northeast so she needs something that's going to keep her warm when we go to day care at 7am in January.
