@Mrs D: I have the mop. My kids love it and I let my three year old mop the kitchen. I don't have any of the other kids specific products. I just let them use my bigger stuff. I did buy a travel set of Enviro Cloths (about 1/4) size of the regular ones and my daughter uses that as "her" cleaning cloth. Cheaper than the kids specific items and then you can throw one in your diaper bag, stroller etc.

@dcw6411: Interesting I will have to try that trick!!

@Mrs D: I may have a large volume of dust at my house as well, so that might be the issue ;-)

@MrsBrewer: I noticed this early on...when I am embarassed to admit how much dust was in my house...I blamed it on an excessive volume to pick up! ;) I have had the issue much recently though...maybe washing it helped too?

I used to be a Norwex consultant but have tapered off. I stink at Direct Sales stuff... I feel so weird asking people if they are interested etc. However, I still love their products. My kids help me clean all the time and I don't have to worry about chemicals. It is definitely nice!

@MrsBrewer: The dusting mitt works off static electricity so if you rub it against another dusting mitt or any other dry cloth that should hopefully help it hold more dust. I had this same problem until I learned that trick.

@Mrs D: What I have noticed with my dusting cloth though is that it doesn't hold as much dust as I would like it too. I have to shake it out pretty often.

@MrsBrewer: I love my mitt for this exact use.

@Mamaof2: this is actually what I am planning to buy at the party I am hosting...they have these awesome kid sized versions of mommies real stuff (Mop, Dusting Mitt and Cloth) - I am buying K one of each so she can "help mommy"...which of course will turn into "do it herself as a part of her chores"

I was also thinking they would be good for the kids to clean with - I am always so nervous giving them a spray bottle of cleaner!

I use Norwex clothes and I love them! I especially love the Enviro cloth, then the window one. No need for Windex at all. I'm not sold on the dusting cloth, but I've noticed that if I dust with the dusting mit, then wipe it down with an enviro cloth the dust stays off for so much longer!

@Mamaof2: So - I do....however...I do not use them IN the toilet. AND I have a second set that is bathroom only. I know they say you can use the stuff from kitchen to bathroom and back again...I just cant wrap my head around it.

My toilet thing...so I use the stuff because I generally like the idea of minimizing chemicals on surfaces we frequently use/touch. (My whole entry to Norwex came bc of my DD laying a cookie on a counter I had just wiped with clorox wipes, she then immediately put the cookie in her mouth and all I could think was "Shit she just ate bleach!!!") The toilet is not somewhere we interact with the inside of...so I still use Clorox toilet bowl cleaner and my cheapie cleaner brush!

A friend invited me to a Norwex party - I have always wondered about that product so I said I would go.

Have you tried it? Do you like it?
