I haven't had bloody nose issues. Maybe because using the spray is new to you it's drying you out big time?</p> <p>Try using a saline mist throughout the day and maybe a sinus rinse (I prefer a squeeze bottle over the neti pot) to keep things hydrated. </p> <p>When Zytec stopped working for me, claritin did 0. That could be a cause for the bleeding.
