It has a ton of natural liquids so you don't even need to water it down. It's pretty flavorless but adds a ton of liquid. It's basically the same consistency. </p> <p>My kids still both eat pouches all the time. And they can be washed in the dishwasher too. I was torn between these and the Squooshi ones, but reviews said these cleaned easiest, so they won out.
