We haven't been pnp'ing since LO was born, but we haven't been doing anything else to prevent either. We were just hoping that BFing would delay my period enough to give us a little space. 8.5 months in and no sign of AF. I do not reccommend anyone use one if you've got sensitive skin or an allergy to metal. We use the Creighton model method for our main charting purposes &amp; as long as you keep track of your CM &amp; O &amp; avoid BDing during O then you should be fine. And we still used condoms on the mini pill because I didn't trust it. And now I'm about to switch to Loestrin Lo, and my doctor said since its lower dose than nuvaring, it might be a good idea to use condoms this month for a precaution. So I'll be on a pill and using condoms again.
