Ah that's pretty sweet. It's like the baby Björn which we lovvvvve.
I actually don't mind that the mat sits near the floor. I actually put a folded beach towel or two under it directly on the floor to make a more comfortable surface for kiddo.

@Teachermama: I thought that one of the big box specialty stores around (Babies R Us or Buy Buy Baby) might have it, but neither show it in inventory, so I guess if I decide to purchase it I'll order it online and make sure there's a physical store I can return it to if need be.

@StrawberryBee: I got mines from Wal-Mart and there was no display for me to get a feel for, bought it anyway. But they allowed me to return it. I basically said I didn't like it and they didn't give me any hassle.

I got this for my baby but returned it. I didn't like how the mat (or the bottom) touches the ground. It's not lifted like other pnp. I also felt the bassinet part was too flimsy and worried about a heavy baby. The collapsing of the pnp was tricky.

@StrawberryBee: I bought this for my 2nd baby and loved it! He had bad reflux so the incline was great for him. I also liked that it was easier to pick him up from it since it wasnt as low as the rock n play.

With my first we used a traditional pack n play in our bedroom for I think the first 6 months, then transitioned her to a crib in her own room. Planning to do something similar with our second, but I was wondering if this might be a better choice? Unfortunately our pnp got wet and had to be thrown out. Our rnp also needed to be replaced, so I'm thinking maybe this piece could replace both? Obviously it wouldn't move like a rnp, but would provide the incline. Thanks!
