I think it's cool you can use them with other nipples, but in reading about that it seems like it's a bit of a pain. Since they're pricey and have a few pitfalls I think we're just going to go with cheaper bags and pumping direct into bottles for her once a day feed.

Thanks everyone for the imput!

I have not tried, but I am intrigued. The advertisement video says you can use with other nipples with a provided adapter. Anyone done that?

I had the whole system. I loved the bags but my baby didn't like the nipples very much and it was difficult to figure out how many oz were actually in the bags. If I had it to do again I would use the bags as freezer storage but just use regular medela bottles and nipples for any pumped milk that would be used in the next few days.

I got them but haven't used them yet. I got a really good deal for a bundle pack from a flash sale (Zulily or Steals.com)

When I increase my supply and when the babies come home I'll try them out. I will be BF and bottle feeding since DH will be the SAHD.

I have heard that you can use your own nipples to attach to the bottles.

Sounded like a good system when I bought it. I hope I like it.

We are using these and love them so far. There is so much less to wash! The only problems are: I don't really think the bags measure correctly so I pump into a bottle for measurement before transferring to bags and the nipples do split easily. In our case we are using mediums with a newborn and the non split is still a bit too slow and the split one is a bit too fast!

All of that said, since I am EPing I appreciate any bottle washing reduction I can get and like how fast it is for me to warm fridge milk in the kozii warmer.

I have the whole collection: bags, bottles/holders, nipples, and kozzi warmer. I EBF and only pump on occasion for when I am going to be away from LO for a few hours. Haven't needed to bottle feed him in a couple of months, but he didn't seem to like the nipples as much as the Avent Naturals. I also didn't like how the holder felt in my hand. I do love the bags, however. No leaks, and they are recycleable. The warmer is fantastic.

Yeah that's my hesitation, theyre pricey. I'm thinking its really cool but might be cheaper to just have some bottles and wash them. I should hopefully not have to do it too many times a day

My friend is using them and likes the system, but she has found it to be quite expensive as the bags aren't cheap. (She pumps for daycare daily).

I haven't had any issues with storing milk in the kiinde bags and pumping directly into the bags is super easy. I haven't personally used the bottle part of it because I nurse when I'm home, but my babysitter has been using it to feed my LO while I'm at work for a few months and loves it. And I love that there are no bottles to clean when I get home! I've never had a nipple split.

I came across the twist storage bags and the bottle that goes with it. I like the idea but the reviews on amazon aren't the best…. Anyone used them? Do they work as advertised? Lots of complaints that the nipples split. I will be SAH with little one, just occasionally pumping so hubby can feed baby once a day and I can occasionally go out without baby.
