I've slept in it before when DH is snoring, and it's comfy, so I see it getting use when LO is here. That way DS got used to his crib from night 1 and I could sleep in there while DH got some sleep in our room (he was still working). It's actually been a life saver with our rotten sleeper. The first week or two I slept in there with the baby in the RnP since our master bed is kind of high and I didn't want to climb in and out of it, and DH slept in our room and actually got to sleep. </p> <p>Since then we have used it when c is having really bad nights- often I can get her to sleep in the bed with me or Dh and get a few extra hours of sleep out of her. It's a great place to play and read though so I am really glad we have it. We decided to leave it in there (plenty of space for crib/dresser/nightstand. </p> <p>I think we're planning on sleeping in there from Day 1 with DS#2, instead of pnp in our room. </p> <p>Did you use the nursery right away? </p>
